1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Shrinklet for personal, non-commercial purposes on macOS devices. This license is conditioned on your agreement to these Terms of Use and compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shrinklet only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of Shrinklet. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Offending the decency standards of any community
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Shrinklet or its features
• Reverse engineering or attempting to decompile the application code

3. Your Files and Data

You retain all rights to your files. Shrinklet processes your files locally on your device and does not transmit them to any external servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files before compression.

While Shrinklet strives to preserve file quality, we recommend testing the app's compression on non-critical files first.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Shrinklet and all its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are the exclusive property of Jungle Pixels and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. No Warranties

Shrinklet is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jungle Pixels disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Jungle Pixels, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of or inability to use Shrinklet, even if Jungle Pixels has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Modifications to Terms

Jungle Pixels reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Shrinklet following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Termination

Your license to use Shrinklet terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms of Use. Jungle Pixels may also terminate or suspend your license at any time for any reason or no reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
